Each condition below requires gold on every in-game medal in the named operation. The achievement text does not list individual medal thresholds.

City outcomes — spoiler warning
The following names and official descriptions reveal that the campaign can end with different city outcomes:
- A City Silent — “A city wiped from the map.”
- A City in Celebration — “A city that comes out to meet you.”
- A City Subdued — “A city that kneels, and calls it peace.”
- The Road Not Taken — “A city spared, and a road no one else will ever walk.”
These descriptions do not prove which exact choices or shots create each result. Keep any future route behind a stronger spoiler warning and require complete current-version evidence.
A clean achievement route
Finish Campaign operations normally first and record each result screen. Then revisit one operation at a time for gold, using its in-game medal feedback. Keep a small log of shots, requisition, assistance, collateral, optional objectives, and final grades. Change one suspected criterion per run so a better result has an identifiable cause.
Leave outcome achievements until you are ready for story spoilers and have a supported way to preserve progress. Update before testing: PATCH 1.0 (1558) addressed save corruption and mission-entry failure after crashes.
If an unlock is missing
Confirm the current run satisfied the broad official condition and completed its final newspaper/result transition. Check that Steam is online on the owning account and that the public branch has updated. Close the game normally, allow Steam to synchronize, and reopen the official achievement list.
For a repeatable failure, report the achievement, mission, public version/date, language, result screenshot, and the point where the unlock was expected. Do not use an achievement unlocker; it prevents a useful diagnosis.

Global percentages change continuously and do not define requirements. The official names and descriptions are the stable lookup fields.
Does White Shells exist if there is no completion achievement?
The official Pride of Castile description explicitly requires gold on all medals in White Shells, so the operation name is documented. This page does not invent a separate completion unlock.
Are gold requirements identical between missions?
No such claim is supported. Read each mission’s in-game medals and test its conditions independently.
Where are hidden ending steps?
They are intentionally not included in this source-safe achievement index. A future endings guide requires complete, corroborated public 1.0 evidence.
